RIPPED

Whenever I wear my ripped jeans, without a doubt I always get comments on them. It's either where are they from or a comment on the fact that my jeans are ripped and that I might not have realised, I have. I loooooove ripped jeans, they make an outfit so much more edgy and interesting and they are just a lot more fun to look at and work so well. There are different types of ripped jeans and different fits too. I love the baggy boyfriend type but also skinny jeans which have been ripped at the knee. Zara and Topshop do some amazing ripped jeans, whether your into high waisted mom type jeans, the baggy boyfriend type or just plain skinnies with a bit of a twist. Obviously you can create the rips yourself and i've seen a lot of people do this successfully however I'd rather just buy them already ripped because doing it myself I wouldn't get the desired effect I want, if you do want to rip them yourself there are lots of tutorials available on Youtube.
The acid wash ones I'm wearing below are from Zara from last season however I know they are doing some similar so if you want some similar to this check out Zara. ASOS do really affordable ripped ones in all styles and even better because they do student discount, the ones my sister is wearing below are my ripped high waisted skinnies from ASOS which were also featured in my very first blog post. I also have black and white ripped skinnies from ASOS and the rips vary from just slits at the knee to full on knee rips. I get a lot of inspiration from Tumblr of ways to wear my ripped jeans. If you need some inspiration, check out my Tumblr here.

Here are some links to some great ripped jeans I found:
